    eboks.cc automates the retrieval and forwarding of your documents from e-Boks to your specified destinations (email, accounting systems, etc.). We handle the technical complexity so you don't have to.

    Your Responsibilities

    • Provide accurate account information
    • Keep your login credentials secure
    • Use the service in compliance with applicable laws
    • Pay for your subscription (if on a paid plan)
    • Notify us promptly of any unauthorized access

    Our Responsibilities

    • Provide reliable, secure document automation
    • Protect your personal information
    • Maintain system uptime and performance
    • Notify you of any service interruptions
    • Continually improve the service

    Subscription and Billing

    We offer various subscription plans with different features and document limits. Payment is processed securely, and you'll receive invoices electronically. You can change or cancel your plan anytime through your account settings.

    Limitation of Liability

    While we work hard to maintain perfect service, we cannot guarantee 100% uptime. We are not liable for any damages arising from temporary service interruptions. Our total liability is limited to the amount you've paid for the service in the past 12 months.

    Service Changes

    We're constantly improving our service. This may involve adding or removing features. We'll notify you about significant changes that affect how you use the service.

    Termination

    You can stop using our service anytime. If you cancel your subscription, you'll have access until the end of your current billing period. We may terminate accounts that violate these terms or are inactive for extended periods.

    These terms are governed by Danish law. Any disputes will be resolved in the courts of Denmark.
