Data Protection
End-to-End Encryption
All document transfers use TLS 1.3 encryption. Documents are encrypted both in transit and at rest, so they're unreadable to anyone without proper authorization.
Minimal Data Retention
We only keep your documents for as long as it takes to process and forward them. You can delete messages and attachments from your workspace whenever you want.
Access Controls
Multi-Factor Authentication
Available today through our identity provider (Azure AD B2C). In-app controls are coming soon.
Owner & Member Roles
Control who can manage billing and access the workspace. Owners handle subscriptions and invitations; members get full access to documents and routing.
